League institutions showing that smoking cigarettes will eventually kill you

is beneficial to smokers.

you reduce smoking or can help you to stop smoking cigarettes, please remember
that individuals differs, thus this steps are not a guaranteed means of quitting
smoking, however, for the determined individual who wants to truly quit, these
steps may aid in the struggle to overcome the habit of cigarettes smoking, but
at the end, the individual, have the last call on whether to continue smoking
or to fight the evil of cigarette smoking.
Here are some simple ways to quit
cigarettes for good.
Positive Thinking: smoking is bad
and a lot of addict tries every day to quit, but cannot take their minds of it,
but when you trust yourself and put effort in thinking positively that you can
actually stop smoking, you might just overcome it for good.
Make an actionable plan to quit
smoking: Don’t be put off by side attraction like parties, weddings and get
together events that you normally light up and smoke, stick to your plan and
get your mind right by dedicating to set dates.
Changing your Diet: Most smokers
get tempted to smoke after they eat their favorite meal, some say meat makes smoking pleasurable while
others suggest that food like cheese and vegetables makes smoking cigarettes
test awful, so if this is true, then it’s worth a try for those who are truly
willing to quit smoking cigarettes.
Drinking : many smokers have
testify that drinks like beer, tea, cola, coffee and related caffeine drinks
makes cigarettes test better and enjoyable, so my suggestion here is to change
your drinks completely, switch from those alcoholic drinks to water and fruit
juice instead because this could actually help you quit smoking.
Know when you crave for cigarettes:
if you want to quit smoking, you should identify when you most have the urge to
smoke, and when this urge comes, then engage yourself for at least five
minutes, remove your mind and occupy yourself for five minutes, your will
realize that after five minutes, the urge will go away for that moment, then
replicate it every time you have an urge to smoke.
Get help and support: if you are
willing to quit smoking, look for your friends or family members who wants to
stop smoking too and support each other by making pacts, get professional help
too, getting help can go a long way in aiding you fight this bad habit.
Exercise: there are scientific
research which has suggested that walking out could help you fight the urge to
smoke, that exercise helps the brain develop chemicals which helps fight the
urge to smoke.
Become friends with non-smokers:
this is self-explanatory; make friends that are non-smokers and you will be
encouraged to quit smoking.
Create a list why smoking will
eventually take your life, and laminate that list and hang it where you can see
it every time you carve to light up. This can help you build up against the
urge to smoke.
There are studies out there that
suggest that smoking related deaths exceeds deaths by Malaria and HIV combine
globally, so my guess is you might be on that list if you don’t stop smoking
cigarettes now, and if you are a non-smoker reading this, please stay safe and never
contemplate lighting up a cigarette until scientist tells us that it’s safe to
smoke.. .
